To achieve this we strive to ensure our P&I executives develop an understanding of client's ships and operations, thereby enabling us to accurately interpret and/or anticipate their needs.

We always have staff available to our clients on a 24 hour basis for consultation on all P&I related matters including advice on marine risk management, Club Rules, casualty management, claims negotiations, security matters, available coverage, etc. in addition to acting as an intermediary between clients and P&I Club underwriters.
